The Practice

Forefront Physical Therapy is located in an easily accessible neighborhood on the border of South Berkeley and North Oakland.  The office is quiet and private allowing for focused 1:1 treatments. The evaluation will include a full body assessment of related postural, structural, and nervous system issues and lasts 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This time period may include all or some of the different treatments described in the Treatment Approaches section. A physical therapy report can be provided to relevant traditional and alternative medical practitioners if requested. Follow up treatments normally run an hour.

Full payment is expected at time of treatment. This can be done by check, cash or credit card. As a courtesy to the patient, a paid invoice can be emailed to the patient for insurance reimbursement at out of network levels.
